5 May (D): Arrive to Ammarin Camp by 18:00. Check in, enjoy a cup of tea by the fire and go for a wander before meeting as a group to welcome each other and begin to share names and stories. Experience our first sunset yoga session before dinner and music by the fire before we rest. –
6 May (B,L,D): Rise early for a sunrise yoga followed by breakfast. Enjoy a free morning to yourself or participate in a guided meditative walk. Mid-day yoga session before lunch and rest-time. Take more free time after you rest or participate in a session on conscious communication. Return to camp for sunset yoga, followed by dinner and more time around the fire.
7 May (B,L): Rise for a final sunrise yoga session, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, a group session on cultivating active purpose, before a final mid-day yoga session, followed by lunch and a closing circle.
