A ‘white spot’ is a spot where you don’t have internet, no mobile connection. This allows you cognitively unwind, as your mind has to process very little information. When your mind is quite, creativity emerges.
Come to Wadi Rum for a journey of mindfulness and yoga as you find renewal in a breathtaking spot at the magic scenery of the desert. Embark on a mindful voyage of self-exploration as you attune yourself to the natural rhythms of the mountains and of your own body through the renewing practice of yoga. Enjoy morning and evening yoga practice, yoga theory sessions, mindfulness and meditation. During this retreat there will be moments of silence as well.

Day to day itinerary
Day 1 (D) Arrive at Wadi Rum Camp by 19:00 (latest 21.00). From Rum village a 4×4 car will bring you to the camp. Enjoy a cup of tea and go for a wander before you meet with other participants as a group to welcome each. Enjoy the meditation and quiet time by the fire before you rest
Day 2 (B, D) Rise for a morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. Enjoy a free morning to yourself or participate in a guided meditation session or mindfulness activity, followed by rest time & silence. The day comes to a close with a late afternoon practice before a sunset meal. End the day with quiet time or a guided meditation around the fire. After dinner, in the late evening we set intentions for a ceremony of release.
Day 3 (B) Rise for a final morning yoga & meditation practice, followed by a mid-morning meal. After breakfast, a closing circle to complete our time together.
