Liz has been teaching for 19 years both in the UK and leading groups at home and abroad. Also a qualified Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Practitioner, she works hands on with students, where possible, inviting the body to wake up and reveal its inherent well-being, movement and lightness. Classes are playful, exploratory, deep and suitable for all levels, from beginners to teachers. This is one of the beautiful things about yoga… there is always somewhere from where to begin… the practice is about the individual… and the journey bears fruits greater than we might ever imagine.
Sandra is an artist, designer and horse coach. In 2009 – following her inner wish of living her passions – she packed her brushes, put on her horse boots and exchanged her Amsterdam advertising world for the Bedouin horse world in Wadi Musa, Jordan. It was the beginning of her adventure of discovering and expressing her self in most authentic way. Yoga, horses and the Bedouin art of living in the moment have been guiding her on her path of transforming her life. Sandra continues to paint and train her horses at liberty. She also makes woven bags with Bedouin women and now guides guests into the desert to share her heart opening experience of becoming powerful in ones vulnerability.

We start with a Meet the herd session and have the morning to engage with horses in the paddock, to find out what they mirror back to us and to connect to our authentic selves. Lunch will be provided either at the stable location or at the camp.
